Transformation Game “Plus. Minus. Why?”

85,00 €

Sometimes we notice similar situations recurring in our lives, yet struggle to understand our reactions or see another possibility. This game invites you to pause and look deeper  at your feelings, inner dialogue and habitual patterns of behaviour.

Through cards, associations and conversation, we explore a question that matters to you right now. It may relate to relationships, self-worth, choices, inner obstacles or change. The messages on the cards become starting points for self-exploration, we seek meaning in your experience and in what resonates with you personally.

With my guidance, the game combines playfulness with deep, attentive listening. Other participants’ perspectives can help you see your question from a different angle, while leaving you free to decide what to take from their reflections.

What can you explore through the game?

• How you respond in situations that matter to you.
• What you tell yourself and how this inner dialogue influences your choices.
• Which beliefs and habits support you and which limit you.
• Which needs and resources may have gone unnoticed.
• What next step you would like to take in your everyday life.

How does the game work?

The game takes place in a group of 4-5 people. Each participant brings their own question or theme.

The sequence of cards creates a path of exploration:

Situation → Reaction → Inner Voice → Action

Participants intuitively choose cards and explore the associations they evoke in relation to their question. Each person completes four rounds, gradually exploring different aspects of their experience.

I facilitate the process, ask questions and offer individual feedback. Within the group, we share respectfully, without judgement or prescribing answers for one another. You decide how much you wish to share and how deeply you want to explore.

From insight to action

At the end of the game, we reflect on what you would like to take with you — a fresh perspective, a clearer understanding of a need or a concrete next step. Your insights can then find expression in your everyday choices.

The game is an experience of self-exploration, rather than a treatment. It does not impose interpretations or decisions  you retain your freedom of choice and move at your own pace.
