Sun Soul Jewelry will repair any product found to have manufacturing defects within one (1) months of the purchase date, provided the original purchase receipt is presented.

b. Natural wear and tear, including patina on stones and fading.
c. Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
d. Loss or theft of bracelets.
e. Natural variations in stones. Since these are natural stones, differences in color and patterns are to be expected and are not covered under this warranty.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
To obtain warranty service, first contact Sun Soul Jewelry to identify the issue and determine the best solution. The warranty claim must include the original purchase date and the order receipt.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers may be required to cover shipping costs when returning a bracelet for warranty service if it is determined that the item is not defective due to manufacturing.

Sun Soul Jewelry is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, except as provided by applicable law.
6. Warranty Transferability:
